- 仪器由四探针测试仪主机、探针测试台、四探针探头、计算机等部分组成,通过RTS-9双电测四探针软件测试系统对四探针测试仪主机发出控制指令来获得用户需要的测量数据,主机在接收到指令后按照测量程序进行测量(如四探针头探头电流探针和电压探针的组合变换测量、电流量程切换、采集测量数据回主机等),并把采集到的数据反馈回计算机中加以运算、分析,然后把测试数据以表格,图形直观地记录、显示出来。用户可对采集到的数据在电脑中保存或者打印以备日后参考和查看,还可以把采集到的数据输出到Excel中,让用户对数据进行各种
