VC实现三次样条的图像缩放

数字图像几何变换

图像的缩放和扭曲
- 图像的缩放与扭曲：包括将图像按照任意程度缩放（Scale），以及将图像进行按某个轴对称方向进行扭曲(Warp)。-image scaling and distortion include : image with arbitrary degree of scalability (Scale). and to a certain image by axisymmetric distorted direction (Warp).

图形缩放

数字图像的几何变换
- 主要完成的算法/功能: 图像文件的读出写入，支持BMP格式 图像剪切：输出图像指定矩形框区域的子图像 缩放:支持分数阶的放大/缩小倍率 旋转:支持0~90度之间任意给定角度的旋转变换
