该程序为串口控制电机转速的下位机程序。其上位机程序为SCIControlTest。
该程序为DSP2812所写。利用SCI1接收上位机的信号并反馈转速信号。同时利用pwm1来控制电机。其转速控制为单闭环PID控制，转速反馈通过QEP1来获得。-The program for the serial control motor speed of the lower computer program.
