用代码实现鼠标运行状态的VC++示例，也就是说，在点击鼠标的时候一般有三种状态，正常状态：显示鼠标的指针；运行状态：显示繁忙的图标；选择或输入状态：鼠标变成光标。本代码是在不通过点击鼠标的情况下，模拟出这三种状态，其实程序没有什么用途，只是为了熟悉鼠标的有关操作。
