（1）、编制I2C通信程序，读取PCF8563T日历芯片的时间参数；

（2）、时间显示功能：用8位数码管显示时、分、秒。

（3）、能够通过键盘修改时间、整点报时（模仿电台报时的方式——六声），并且使所设计的电子时钟系统具有容错性能。

（4）、使用蜂鸣器来实现报时功能操作
