统计一个目录下代码行数（只统计c++后缀名为.h和.cpp的文件）。使用了windows api。如果想统计其他后缀名的代码，请打开源码，自己修改在编译。

使用方法：进入想统计的目录，直接执行命令。

或者 比如你想统计 e:\c++ 下代码行数，可以不进入该目录，直接输入 getcodeline e:\c++ （getcodeline为你编译的可执行文件名字）。

可以使用管道把信息输出到一个文件中查看。如：getcodeline e:\c++ > out.txt
