A lightweight SIFT-implementation for Java after the paper of David Lowe (2004). The ImageJ plugin can be used for rigidly aligning image stacks.

The plugins filters, when run or loaded into imagej, will allow user to be able to edit images and perform different operations on images. The user can build on the plugins to create edit an image the way he/she wants.
