需求与功能分析
1、通过建立不同帐务信息实现对个人理财的简单管理，个人帐务数据是由帐务明细条目构成，其信息包括：序号，日期（年、月、日），收支项名称，收支类型（收入/支出），收支金额（正/负数表示收支），备注等。
2、数据保存形式:
所有个人帐务数据以二进制文件保存，并通过对二进制文件的保存和载入实现帐务信息的存储管理
3、界面功能要求：
1) 采用友好的字符界面，实现一个功能控制菜单。
2) 每次操作都从该菜单选择，利用循环结构使得一次运行程序可进行多次操作。
