能实现AGV调度，AGV是动态添加的，有AGV无线连接成功时显示在表格中的第一行，连接失败时移除表格中。交通管制集合在一个类中，简化了交通管制算法（交通管制将循环队列改为动态队列），类中有获取交通管制区号、计算车辆的运行状态的控制参数。(To achieve AGV scheduling, AGV is dynamically added.)
