PaintView
- 在FormView里边实现滚动窗口，功能有： 1、打开bmp文件，并在视图中显示，视图大小根据bmp图片的大小而定（采用的是双缓冲方法） 2、重载了CEditBox类，使得在添加完图片后，能进行文字编辑。。（我在FormView里边没有对此功能具体实现） 该程序本来是想制作一个类似于window自带的画图板的，由于时间有限，我并没有将功能2在FormView中具体实现
