收容输入hin：将设备输入的数据写到缓冲池的收容输入工作缓冲区。

提取输入sin：将缓冲池中的提取工作缓冲区的数据提取给CPU。

收容输出hout：将CPU输出的数据写到缓冲池的收容输出工作缓冲区。

提取输出sout：将缓冲池中的提取输出工作缓冲区的数据提取给设备。
