基本功能：

　　获取远端用户的连接本地服务器的请求，并建立连接

　　能获取远端用户请求服务的信息，并将服务的内容提交给远端用户

　　能获取远端用户断开连接的请求，断开和该用户的连接

　　拓展功能：

　　必须要能够处理多用户请求，也就是需要实现多线程编码

　　服务器能处理简单的异常。例如文件不存在、或者没有权限读取文件等

　　服务器必须记录log文件。记录每次请求的用户IP，机器名、读取时间、读取文件名、服务器响应码等-Basic functions:

Development features:
