Abstract：In accordance with the development requirements, this system is mainly used in the Huai Bei city public transport system, to complete the job in the daily traffic managing transport line files. The development of the system will reduce stress of public transportation industry in updating information　at the same time facilitate passengers traveling. Systematically manage the urban transport system on the various services and information. In addition it can reduce the use of labor and speed up the query, as well as the National Department of information about the pace, and standardized management.
