研究方法：分析已有的基于JAVA的WEB商业项目管理系统JIRA的功能和实现方式，借鉴基于PERL的开源WEB项目管理系统BUGZILLA等进行系统的功能开发指导。学习HIBERNATE、SPRING、STRUTS等框架，以及EXTJS等JAVAscr ipt包。

技术路线：JAVA方向。使用HIBERNATE、STRUTS、SPRING框架，界面以JSP页面为准，主要采用EXTJS技术。数据库主要使用sqlserver2000
