代码不多，有助于学习。我是最讨厌把别人的代码直接拿去应付毕业的，我只讲实用价值。
这个控件的特点：
1、用户代码少，用户只使用已行代码办可以实现缩放功能；
2、支持填充样式多。可支持居中、平铺、拉伸、等比拉伸（我还没发现别的相关代码支持这一功能）；
3支持固定Logo显示。可以利用它在窗口显示上边之类的东西（这一功能好像也没见过）。
