如果 速度>=60 并且 速度<80，显示：一星级

否则 如果 速度<100，显示：二星级

否则 如果 速度<120，显示：三星级

否则 如果 速度<140，显示：四星级

否则 如果 速度<160，显示：五星级

否则 如果 速度<180，显示：一钻级



编程，文件名TGT1.java，实现以上需求。牛牛算法，不用一个IF语句以及switch语句就能显示出与速度相应的等级。
