计算校验和程序

程序要求以命令行方式运行：Checksum inputfile outputfile

其中Checksum是程序名；inputfile是输入文件，其中包含数据字段封装的内容；outputfile为输出文件，该文件保存封装后的整数据报。本光盘中提供了两个输入文件：input1.txt和input2.txt（存放在“Exe”目录下）。
