3.鼠标右键点击后弹出浮动菜单，内容包括1 和2；

4.绘图时要有虚框显示

5.当窗体从后台激活到前台时，窗体内的内容依然正常显示

6.能将所绘制内容（包含图形和文字）保存到指定的二进制文件no11.data 中，也可以打开已保存的文件no11.data 显示绘图内容（包含图形和文字），如果打开文件时出错要给出提示，保存文件时如果文件已经存在也要给出提示-Write Windows window application requirements to achieve the following functions:
