这个是我自己写的扩展的picturecontrol控件，可以实现绘图如各种函数、鼠标双击放大、鼠标拖动、设置文本等多项高级功能，在网上是找不到的。使用方法：1：包含进源文件，在对话框上建一个picturecontrol控件，并且设置notify属性为true

2，设置该控件变量为CWaveStatic类型m_pic变量

3，m_pic.setscale(X,Y)设置坐标属性

m_pic.setData(double*,int n)设置函数变量
