本站测试数据库为ms sqlserver2005,建议使用ms sqlserver2005或者更高版本，新建一个用于短网址的数据库，用url.sql里的代码创建数据表。
二、IIS伪静态设置（仅作参考，使用ISAPI_Rewrite的请自行设置）。
1.右键点击站点“属性”-“主目录”-“配置”-“映射”-“插入”在提示框中输入：c:windowsmicrosoft.netframeworkv2.0.50727aspnet_isapi.dll
取消“确认文件是否存在”的勾选。
2.asp.net使用2.0或者更高版本。
