驱动函数说明：

该代码是S3C2440的I2C口连接的IQS316电容感应按键芯片驱动。驱动每隔200ms读取IQS316寄存器一次，并进行键值整理发送给用户空间。

由于芯片原因，该驱动比较耗费CPU。
