银行家算法



实现的算法:实现了题目的所有要求，并实现了PPT上对应章节给出的三种情况；几种申请情况和最先的分配情况全部写在testdata文件中。



优点：可以随时增加和删除申请，在testdata.txt文件中的第一行：5指现在有几种进程在申请资源，3指有几种资源，下面的矩阵是指当

前的资源分配情况，第8行和第9行分别是指进程1申请第1种资源1个，第2种资源0个，第3种资源2个，下面的类似。

程序运行后会给出判定结果。



缺点：暂时还未发现。
