系统介绍

企业快信的作用是帮助企业解决企业内部、企业与外部沟通难、信息不能及时传播等问题。为此，企业快信系统需要提供有邮件*、短信接收等功能。通过对多数企业日常业务的考察、分析，并结合短信及邮件自身的特点，得出本系统要求具有以下功能。

 　　用于管理客户和员工信息的名片夹管理功能。

 　　用于对常用短语及其类别进行管理的信息库管理功能。

 　　用于*短信和接收短信的短信收发功能。

 　　邮件*功能。

操作注意事项

（1）在使用本系统前需要设置短信猫的通讯端口、波特率及注册码信息。

（2）本系统超级管理员用户名为：tsoft，密码为：111。

（3）本系统有两种操作权限即超级管理员和普通管理员，超级管理员可对一切信息进行管理，而普通管理员除了不能对管理员信息和查询发送短信信息操作以外，其它都可以进行管理。
