AccountConsult 增加了许多扩展功能

一：允许用户增加账户（包括空账户）

二：允许用户使用 deposit withdraw 操作，同时可以查询自己N月之后的账户余额

三：增加了报错功能（仅针对数字输入，字符输入加入太累了，放弃了）

同时还有一些遗憾
