TMagnetic Class is a Delphi version equivalent of Visual Basic "cMagneticWnd" class written by Emil Weiss.

TMagnetic Class enables forms snap to each other, and the form defined as main form drags sub forms snapped to that, at beging dragged by user.

Form s resizing is also controlled as Winamp forms.
