此為 Michael Ferguson 在ROS上所發布之實用package.經過一些修改後成為VS2005可編譯並且能在XP環境下執行之版本.

可在windows VS2005中成功編譯之rosserial_windows lib.
可透過此一lib達到windows裝置與ROS之間的相互溝通,而不用再windows裝置中安裝ROS.
