设计一个类似Doc++这样的工具，将源文件中的注释导出来形成一个帮助文档。

本程序使用Win7下的Eclipse，实现将源文件的注释导出到帮助文档。通过词法分析，识别出.Java、.c文件中的类、变量、方法以及对应的注释，并将其导入到设计好的数据结构中，再将该数据结构转换成HTML文件。-Design a tool like this Doc++, the source file comments in the lead out to form a help document.
