取得队列不同类型的统计信息。下列描述中提及的时间是基于何时队列元素被加入到队列中（到达时间）以及队列元素从加入队列到被删除出去的时间差（等待时间）。时间单位为仿真的时间精度。其中q_stat_value (输出)参数返回取得的消息，而其中q_stat_code (输入) 参数可以取 1—6，分别表示要求取得的信息类型：

1. 当前队列长度。

2. 平均达到时间间隔。

3. 最大队列长度。

4. 最短等待时间

5. 当前队列中队列元素的最长等待时间。
