凸多边形最优划分

输入： 一个一tab分隔的凸多边形坐标

输出：该凸多边形的最优划分-Input: the number of vertexes of a convex polygon and the coordinates of all the vertexes. Get the testing data in file ‘Project_1 test.txt’

Output: the sum of the perimeters of its component triangles and the corresponding point-to-point links. Please use the label used in the test data file
