站点参数打开Config.asp修改，可以设置站点名称、站点路径、站点是否开放、数据库缓存是否开启以及列表和最新一条的缓存多久后自动更新。

顶部界面设置在Top.htm里，底部界面设置在Bottom.htm里。左部界面设置在Left.htm里
