LPC2214上移植实时操作系统IJCOS—II，并给出了成功移植后的操作系统实时性测试结果。本文详细讨论了绣花机控制器中包括主轴控制、绣框控制、换色控制、断线检测在内的各个功能模块的设计和软硬件实现。成功实现了正常绣、补绣、回退、断线检测等绣花机所需的功能。(Real time operation system IJCOS II is transplanted on LPC2214, and the real time test results of the operating system after successful transplantation are given. In this paper, the design of various functional modules, including spindle control, frame control, color change control and broken line detection, is discussed in detail in the embroidery machine controller.
