本课程设计要求用高级语言编写和调试一个调度算法采用照顾运行时间较短时间进程的调度程序，以加深对进程的概念及进程调度算法的理解。-The curriculum design requires high-level language writing and debugging of a scheduling algorithm using shorter running time to take care of the process of scheduling procedures in order to deepen their understanding of the process of the concept and understanding of the process of scheduling algorithm.
