There are many video conferencing program, each performance has its own technology. The main issue is video conferencing video frame size is too large for transmission. Therefore, the performance depends on the codec frame. I use the fast h263 library encoding to achieve a better compression ratio to increase the speed. The program can also do small changes in Internet use.
