This function can be used to check for things like inside a virtual environment.

the code is a bit messy but it works, could be improved, haven t bothered changing it though, cause it works.

basically it compares the idtr address to fixed ones (NT/XP/Vista), the last ones are either vista 64bit or intel dual core cpu addresses.
