The field with asterisk (*) is a must.

The field "Directory" can be filled by manually inputting or clicking "Browse" button to specify a folder.

Otherwise, if you want to change the files with suffix ".txt" to ".doc", you can input ".txt" in it. It will change all the ".txt" files in the specified folder, including its sub-folders.
