基于忆阻器的四维混沌系统
- 忆阻器是一种非线性且是无源的元件,且非常容易发生混沌振荡信号,因此作为混沌系统的非线性项来提高混沌系统的信号随机性和复杂度. 本文基于磁控忆阻器模型提出了一个四维四次的忆阻超混沌系统,首先采用数学模型﹑奇怪吸引子﹑时域波形及功率谱等方法详细分析了系统的动力学行为,然后设计了SPICE电路对系统进行了分析,结论证实了数值仿真和电路结果的一致性. 接着采用线性反馈控制方法,通过忆阻超混沌系统的最大李雅普诺夫指数确定控制参数的取值范围,数值仿真证明,只要选择合适的线性反馈控制增益矢量,就可以很容易的实
