逆变电源设计
- 电路分为两部分,笫一部分为DC/DC转换电路,芯片采用SG3525集成电路,作为前级MOS管的PWM控制输出,直流输出采用负反馈控制,来保证直流110V输出电压的稳定。 笫二部分为DC/AC转换电路,电路采用单片机控制,采用的微处理器型号为EM78P156,由其I/O口输出一对相位相反的控制脉冲信号(频率为50Hz/60Hz),在输出为正半周的时间内,输出信号以SPWM信号驱动的方式提供给逆变器中的功率开关管,控制输出功率开关管的导通与截止,从而输出幅值为110V的正弦波电压。
