- 初学IOCP（windows完成端口）编程时，遇到很多问题和挫折，也在网上找过很多他人的代码，但是这些代码要么不稳定，要么难以使用，所以决定自己动手。在N次查阅MSDN有关章节，几度大改源代码，以及无数次的调试之后，终于有了目前这个比较稳定高效的的IOCP代码，我将其封装成了Delphi控件，所以也是比较方便使用的。现在我将这些代码全部毫无保留的贴出来，希望能够对某些正在0学习IOCP编程的朋友有所帮助。我的代码很少注释，但是风格自认为比较好，读起来应该不会费力。 -Beginners IO
