- base64算法,前几天用来截获MSN协议时获取文件名时使用的。之前用的一个网上下下来的base64的源码，解码总是错误。后来干脆自己写了一个。由于MSN协议解出来的字符串是UNICODE的，所以那些base64转换器解码后显示不出有用信息，中间被截断(null字符)。 里面包含两个项目（一个库，一个测试程序）
