matlab下带有缺测数据的平均与求和
- cmean使用起来与mean一样，可以对高维数组进行统计，其中cmean把数据中的nan完全剔除了，返回的是有值时的平均（如果都是缺测，也是返回nan）。不会向mean那样，如果有缺测，平均值也为缺测 csum与sum类似。 实际观测中常常有意外产生缺测，这两个函数希望对大家有用。
