十字路口交通灯管理的实验报告及其源代码

设计要求 ：设置十字路口南北、东西向的四组红、黄、绿灯，红、黄、绿灯亮灯的规律符合实际的十字路口交通灯亮灭的规律。但在红灯转换为绿灯时，其中一路（南北向）可由计数另一路口（东西向）等待的车辆数，计满规定量转换；另一路口（东西向）仍由定时控制，时间到转换。
