-Abstract: The migration algorithm simulation with the economic centers of population transfer and population pressures increase with the proliferation mechanism. Primarily for the algorithm, an improved method of population migration. Improved algorithm of the Gaussian mutation operator and steepest descent operator to improve the convergence rate of population migration and the global convergence, and its convergence proved.
