s2ss - Function

1. (cd) Input the data

2. (hl) Hadamard matrix length

3. Outpot of the function is an array st(m,outs).

m is the number of the produced symbols

outs are the new sequences where their length is 0.75*hl where hl is the

Hadamard length.
