本铁路售票系统采用的开发工具是Microsoft公司的Visual Basic 6.0，后台数据库采用的是Microsoft公司的SQL Server 2000。本系统可以实现的主要功能有查询、售票、退票、车次管理、用户管理等。本系统将售票退票部分和数据设置部分分开，分别由售票员和数据维护员来完成，各司其职。这样可方便铁路系统对内部人员的管理，以免引起混乱-The railway ticketing system used is Microsoft s development tools, Visual Basic 6.0, back-end database used is Microsoft s SQL Server 2000.
