为解决上电电路板功能智能测试的问题，提出一种以单片机为处理器核心,基于can总线的在线柔性检测系统, 外加模拟信号调理、模数转换、人机接口，进行智能测控系统所需的信号，实现数据采集、即时搬运和快速循环存取。 针对不同检测信号，设计出相应信号处理的软件，实现系统的柔性在线检测功能。实验结果表明系统能快速准确地完成电路板检测的功能。-To solve the power-on circuit board functional test of intelligent questions, proposes a single-chip processor core, based on the CAN bus line flexible detection system, plus analog signal conditioning, nalog-digital conversion, man-machine interface, the intelligent control system desired signal, data acquisition, real-time handling and fast cycle access. For different test signals, the corresponding signal processing design software, to achieve a flexible line detection system. Experimental results show that the system can quickly and accurately complete the circuit board testing capabilities.
