用两个外部中断触发ADC规则转换和注入转换。
ADC1配置为在EXT11事件发生时启动规则通道组的ADC转换。当检测到PE11引脚
的上升沿时，启动第1个规则通道（ADC通道4)转换，转换结果通过DMA传输到ADC_RegularConvertedValueTab
数组。在PE11的下降沿，第二个规则通道（ADC通道14）自动开始转换，转换结果通过DMA传输到同一个数组。-Two external interrupt to trigger the ADC rules of conversion and injected conversion.
