1.推荐使用LDO型号更改为CAT6219，与CAT6218一样，只是后级电流为500mA,
更换原因：我司有批量CAT6219，与实际性能应用无关。
2.ISP下拉电阻改为100欧，允许在应用中进入ISP下载固件程序。
3.新增BOOT引脚和DEF引脚
BOOT引脚拉低为强制进入Boot模式；
DEF引脚拉低，配置恢复出厂设置；
