The explosive growth of digital media is not limited to news organizations, however. Commercial music may b e purchased and downloaded of the Internet, stock photography vendors digitize and sell photographs in electronic form, and Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) systems provide movies with clear images and CD-quality sound.
