ABSTRACT



This project provides the service or solution to various technical problems. The technical problems may be the computer related issues like hardware issues or software issues. It’s a web based project, which provides an easy user interface. Once the user enters into this environment he/she will see a main page i.e. our home page.



Here user can directly enter the queries into the text area which shown in the left side of the web page. The queries will be stored into the database which will viewed by moderator to provide the solution.



User need to register to get the service or solution for their problem. The unique-id will be sent to the mail for the registered user. Any problem raised by the user will get the solution with documentation.-ABSTRACT
