1. First enter the patient ID

2. Enter patients mail ID

3. Select Input image cross sectional view of lungs

• 　　After selection the image histogram equalized,

• 　　Gabor filterd enhance the image

• 　　Dilated gradient mask

• 　　Cleared border image

• 　　Calculate area

• 　　Possible location of cancer is traced by green boundary
